COMPANY HISTORY
Suzanne Boswell's background as a designer for a well-known company was significant in the direction she was ultimately to take. In addition to her design work, she was responsible for customer service and quality control. She managed a staff at 3 locations in Texas. During this time she developed valuable skills related to management, quality control, and customer service.
In 1983 Suzanne left the corporate world to establish her own company. During the early years of her business she also taught design, marketing, speech and art history to post-secondary level students. She assisted clients in areas of impression management, image and self-presentation. Clients included companies from the hospitality industry, sales and marketing groups, service groups, banks and call centers. In 1989 her book, Suiting the Customer was published by Prentice Hall. This book is still in use in fashion and marketing curricula worldwide. 
Her work as a "mystery patient" broke new ground in the dental profession and formed the foundation for her seminars on patient relations and impression management. In 1997 Suzanne's book, The Mystery Patient's Guide to Gaining and Retaining Patients was published by PennWell Books. At the same time, she was called upon by hospitals and healthcare groups to address interpersonal skills, service and communications in the healthcare sector.
Suzanne has more than 20 years experience speaking to groups large and small in mainstream business, dentistry, healthcare, associations and the nonprofit sector. More than 60% of her presentations are made to repeat clients and evaluations consistently rate from 4.5-5.0 on a 5.0 (excellent) scale.
