The presentation should use a variety of tools to stimulate different forms of thinking: Handouts, image projection (slides), role plays, props, small group interaction. People learn in different ways - variety keeps the audience refreshed and encourages creative thinking.

Participants must be encouraged to ask questions and to get involved in the session.

The program must be interactive and participants must have the opportunity to process new information with their team mates.
