management seminar information Mystery Patient Process This is a truly unique consulting service that provides you with real-world information about your facility and provides specific suggestions to fine-tune your image. The process starts with a "mystery patient" visiting your office. This patient experiences your practice or facility in the same manner as any new patient. Preliminary calls are made to your office to evaluate the ability of the office to effectively position and promote your group. The appointing process is also evaluated. The "patient" proceeds through the actual appointment and appointment closure. A detailed evaluation and grading system is used in each consulting session. This results in an explicit report of the mystery patient's experiences in your facility. The perspective offered in the report is based on the facts related to the patient appointment and patient perception of those facts. This point of view is based on extensive research we conduct with patients in our patient focus groups. Understanding the prevailing attitudes of patients is a most important part of this process.
